Our story

“We measure the day in cups, not clocks.”

Harborline began as a neighborhood roast — a few kilos at a time, cupped at dawn, shared across a communal table in Seminole Heights. We still roast here, still pour by hand, still leave the second chair empty for whoever walks in next.

The café is quiet when you need it, lively when the afternoon light hits the wood. Paper menus. Ceramic cups. Coffee that tastes like care, not haste.
